I have been in a Customer Service call center environment for over 10 years. I have always enjoyed the ability to speak to people from different backgrounds whilst assisting them with their needs.

When the pandemic occurred I was furloughed from my job as a Front Desk Supervisor at a hotel. Panic struck me…I did not know what to do to continue to work and provide for my children. As it turned out a long-term resident at the hotel was working for Sitel. He encouraged me to apply for an open position at Sitel.

I was skeptical at first because I felt there were a number of imposter Work from Home jobs.

I decided to apply because I was convinced by the guy at the hotel that Sitel was a great company to work for.

So I applied…and it was the best decision that I have made for 2020. Sitel has afforded me the ability to continue working whilst sheltering at home.

It has given me the opportunity to be a Super Hero to my grandson as he stays away from daycare. I am also able to tend to household duties on my breaks and lunch. I am a Super Hero to my husband as he comes home to a clean house with dinner already prepared.

My home life has been changed for the better as time lost in morning and evening traffic jams, has been eliminated and my family is once again the center of my Universe.
