I started working for Sitel in 2009, and the first thing I remember was that everyone was so lovely and welcoming!
I started as an agent on the phones. I was an agent for several years and then got the role of QA on the same campaign.
I loved being a QA as the role involved a lot of coaching and helping agents with quality and compliance.
In 2016 I moved on to another campaign and got my current role as team manager. I really enjoy this role as it brings a lot of challenges; every day is different and also very rewarding.
