It has been very enjoyable and better than I ever envisaged starting #Plymouth in February 2019.
Coming from a retail/manufacturing management background into front line customer services was a change of career for myself, and with the support of the various different Sitel departments I have worked with over the last year, I found this journey not only to be rewarding but also friendly.
