My name is Maleja. This is my 5th year at Sitel and just as many of you, I started as an agent helping consumers in a technical support campaign. I thought this was going to be a temporary job as I wanted to travel, but when time passed, I discovered that I liked to talk to people and overall, I enjoyed helping them as much as I could, which was noticed by the quality team. So they encouraged me to apply for this position and I became a Quality Analyst.
I was in that position for 2 years and a half and I realized that my favorite part of this industry was the interaction I had when delivering feedback and developing others to be better. So I knew in my heart that it was time to keep growing and I became a Coach, a position that I have been in for 2 years already! I love that Sitel has given me the opportunity to learn, develop and grow, and I have been able to do it with my team too! Sitel is not only my company, it is not an office, Sitel is now family! I have learned discipline, commitment, passion, vision and I have been able to continue my studies and dreams while working here! I love coming to work, feeling a home environment, having fun with my team while working hard to accomplish every goal and just as the continuous journey I have been part of during all this time. I am seeking to keep growing, the reason why I am preparing myself to become an Operations Manager very soon! Sitel is not another company on the market. It is the best company you can work for!
