I feel strongly that Sitel has helped strengthen and dignify women’s role in Colombia; granting spaces that not only empower women and men to grow, but also making sure all conditions, workloads, salaries, policies and marketing are equal for everyone in the company.
That is the reason why Sitel has made me feel happy and safe since day one. My journey started back in 2015, when I started as an agent. Six months later, I was promoted to Coach and after 3 years, I became an Operations Manager Track Trainee.
