What I love in being a Woman of Sitel is the feeling of empowerment regardless of your gender. Sitel, through its leaders, ensures that each individual is given equal opportunities for growth, learning, and engagement. The programs that it launches and supports allow its employees to exemplify their talents and skills without bias to an individual’s gender or preference.
I choose to promote an open-minded atmosphere. Only when more people actively promote an open-minded atmosphere that it will truly become an integral part of the culture in the workplace. The success of this advocacy lies in having more people speak up openly about their thoughts without the fear of being rejected because of their gender.
