SitelFit provides us as UK agents working from home with an invaluable bridge to communicate, motivate and empower each other. As well as get physically and mentally fitter.

There’s the obvious health benefits and believe me, they’re very welcome. I’ve lost more than 2-stone now, which is incredible and largely due to the fitness and well-being success stories from Sitel agents, which I read time and time again on ShareSpace. But added to that, being able to network with other agents on the campaign who are working from home on SitelFit has had an amazing knock-on effect on the quality of our team’s calls too. And has sparked a competitive but friendly atmosphere among colleagues on STC, which is constantly driving up numbers, KPIs and outcomes.

Sitel team leader Aaron Bonsell said: “SitelFit has been great for team morale. Don’t let anyone work harder than you.” Taking health and fitness first, SitelFit has helped me reach 10,000+ steps a day, walking around my home at Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne. I’ve even joined a gym and go there three times a week. It has also encouraged me to eat healthy, establish and stick to set breakfast, lunch and tea times and choose nourishing sugar-free snacks. It has also changed my thinking around my well-being and mental health. I meditate for an hour a day and once a week visit somewhere peaceful to ‘reflect.’ But the most positive benefit for me is how SitelFit has had a positive impact on my work as a tier 3 agent.

But why?

I think it’s because SitelFit provides a focus and arena to safely express and grow the positivity and key skills which are crucial to becoming a successful agent at Sitel.
