Hi, I’m Christopher Jordan.
Since 14.03.2011, I am part of the Berlin HR team. Starting as a recruiter, I changed to the generalist area in March 2014. In June 2018, I decided to take a Sitel time-out and get to know new challenges. I quickly realized that other companies couldn´t offer me the dynamic and crazy workflow I needed, so I returned to Sitel as the new HR Manager in November 2018.
As an HR Manager, my task is to implement all processes successfully together with my team. Starting with the search and hiring of new employees, creating training programs and ending with the exclusion from the company.
Thus we handle all matters and ensure a smooth workflow. In appraisal interviews, the wishes and suggestions of the employee are highlighted and salary negotiations are conducted. These help me and my team to create a desirable working atmosphere and keep employee motivation high.
Especially now, in this unprecedented time of crisis, we stand together even more closely as a team and mobilise all available resources. In close cooperation with SD, our Operations Managers and our Site Supporters, my team spend true miracles. This fills me with pride.
