When I started as an agent at Sitel almost 10 years ago, I just thought, oh God, I’m gonna get out of here fast. But when I had a private problem in my first half-year and my team manager at the time reached under my arms, I could feel for the first time what it means to be part of a huge family. After a few years as an agent, Sitel opened the door for me to prove myself as a team manager.
After overcoming this hurdle, I was allowed to develop into Operations Manager 5 years ago and I am super proud to be part of the Sitel family. Especially in turbulent times like right now, it shows how strong a family is. In times of crisis, like with COVID-19, we are driven to do our best and we are able to quickly remove our employees and colleagues from a dangerous situation and take care of them afterward to continue to provide excellent service to our customers. I am grateful to be part of this team!
