Bennouna Nadir

I have joined Sitel two months ago as a customer care representative, I am still trying to adapt to the way things are done but the company is meeting all my expectations, I have brought with me an experience of 2 years in customer service and i am putting it into work with the customers that we have in our activity, so far I was able to keep the quality at the level that i and my manager want and Sitel is helping me improve day by day to have an even better performance.

overall there is still a lot to discover with Sitel, and i am looking forwards to the experience to come.
