Where to start? I started working for Sitel in July of 2017 and straight away I knew this was a company I was going to stay with. The support I was given through training and on the operational floor was incredible. I started working as an agent for the technical support department. I was there for eight months and then started to explore different areas of the campaign for potential progression opportunities. It was then a secondment became available in recruitment, and I snapped the opportunity up as soon as I saw it advertised. I was successful in securing the secondment and in October of 2018 I was told my position went permanent! Throughout my time in recruitment, I have been coached and progressed to the point where I have the skills to get a job elsewhere; the fact is I simply don’t want to leave Sitel.
