Sitel has given me opportunities to grow and learn through the different projects I handle as an HR business partner and HR person-in-charge for MAX. Despite the pandemic, I’m able to explore ways to support our Operations partners and improve our associates’ experience. From virtual meetings to virtual event organizing, I’m able to adapt to the New Normal with our leaders’ guidance and support.
Our employee satisfaction survey results show that our Sitel Kabarkadas stay with us because they enjoy coming into work because they have friends at the workplace, they feel valued and feel that they belong. This is the reason why I dedicate myself to ensuring we build an inclusive and fun working environment through our MAX community.
